Set of four raku bowls hand-thrown and glazed in The Freaky Raku Studio with a cold white glaze. This glaze has some scattered little dark dots and a beautiful intense dotted craquelè effect in the whole surface. All the darker parts of the bowls, like the bottom edges, are the result of the smoke which permeates clay during the reduction phase. You can learn more about the process here.

Smooth texture and semi-opaque finish.
Each individual piece is unique and one of a kind.

All of our ceramic ware is glazed with lead-free and non-toxic glazes, although please take care of its hygiene. Hand wash only, do not put in the dishwasher.
