Set of two raku cups, hand-thrown and glazed in The Freaky Raku Studio with a gray/purple watercolor glaze, showing a craquelé effect and some brown and blue little dots. The craquelè lines are the result of the smoke which permeates clay during the reduction phase.
The peculiarity of these plates is the weight: they are very thin and light pieces. If you'd like to learn more about the whole process behind our raku pieces, read here.

Smooth texture and polished finish.

All of our ceramic ware is glazed with lead-free and non-toxic glazes, although please take care of its hygiene. Hand wash only, do not put in the dishwasher.

Each individual piece is unique and one of a kind.
