Raku plate hand thrown and glazed in The Freaky Raku Studio with a green water glaze, thus obtaining a watercolor effect with some soft nuances within the purple and blue range. The glaze has some scattered brown little dots and a craquelè effect.

The craquelè lines are the result of the smoke which permeates clay during the reduction phase. You can learn more about the process here.

Our ceramic ware is glazed with lead-free and non-toxic glazes, although please take care of its hygiene. Hand wash only, do not put it in the dishwasher.
